Basil Pesto

4 to 6 cloves garlic (depending on how much you like garlic)
4 cups packed fresh basil leaves
1 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup pine nuts

You may also add some grated parmesan cheese to this. Blend to a paste in a blender or processor. Chill until ready to serve. Serve over pasta.
