Fried Icecream

1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c butter
2/3 c brown sugar
1/4 c evaporated milk or cream

heat until melted.

3 to 4 c. rice crispies
1 c coconut, toasted

Combine and add butter mixture a until mixed well.

Press half into a 9x13 pan. Spread softened icecream on top then top with rest of cereal. Serve with carmel and chocolate sauce.
