Blueberry Yogurt Shake

INGREDIENTS

1 cup nonfat blueberry yogurt
1/2 cup grape juice
1/2 cup blueberries, frozen
1/2 cup blackberries, frozen
1/2 cup strawberries, frozen
1/2 cup nonfat milk or soymilk (45 calories)

DIRECTIONS


Put everything in the blender and blend. Serve immediately.


Yield: 4 Servings
